Access to Recorded Content:
The conference is available to view on-demand in Swapcard until June 30, 2021. To access the platform, you can use the link you received for the live conference or go to swapcard.com, click login as a participant and enter the email address you used to register for the conference. Please email programs@naem.org with any questions.
Your registration will include access to recorded sessions from the conference for up to two weeks after the event, so that if you can’t attend the whole event live you can still listen to all the recorded sessions at your leisure. Sessions at the conference that are meant to be interactive with attendees are not recorded and are only available to attend live. For a full list of what sessions will be recorded and not recorded, please email [programs at naem dot org].

*NAEM Affiliates Council members and non-member consultant companies can register up to 2 people for the NAEM conference, unless otherwise stipulated by sponsorship packages. Registrations are closely monitored.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refund requests must be received in writing by April 23, 2021. All refunds are subject to a $50 credit card processing fee. Requests made after this date will not be entitled to a refund.

Substitutions
