Lacie Wournell, Strategic Partner Leader; Arcadis

Lacie Wournell leads Arcadis Canada's EHS&S Digital Solutions Team. A strategic leader who thrives on driving transformation and innovation initiatives, Lacie focuses on using collaboration to deliver long-term, sustainable value to clients. She specializes in building and implementing strategic management, optimization and change programs.

After joining Arcadis in 2020, Lacie supported the COVID Response and Business Continuity Solutions initiative to help clients overcome pandemic-related impacts. Prior to Arcadis, she worked extensively in the energy industry, where she led various supply chain management, process excellence and IT solutions projects.

Outside of work, Lacie enjoys yoga, football and traveling with her family.
